E A Chiverton Ltd has an excellent reputation for providing traditional and high quality building services within Sussex, Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire. Established in 1945, it has extensive experience across a wide range of contracts covering residential, community and commercial projects.

The company has built for the public and private sector, including major capital works ranging from offices and schools to community centres and village halls. Many commercial developments have also been successfully carried out using modern techniques to provide clients with first class facilities on programme and within budget.

As an established traditional building contractor, the company has undertaken the renovation, refurbishment and extension of various historic buildings and homes, as well as the new build of bespoke houses for prestigious architects and clients. A number of projects have been recognised with Architectural, Historic Building or Civic Trust Awards.
