Chiverton has a long history of constructing new bespoke homes to an architect's one-off design. A full range of styles have been built ranging from New England style clapper boarded cottages to regency brick townhouses.
Many projects, often in spectacular locations, have involved the demolition of buildings on the existing site to be replaced with large high quality homes.
Each project is different but over the years Chiverton has gained experience of most aspects of this area of work whether it be stone and marble lined bathrooms, quality joinery and finishes, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, or complex environmental systems.
Drives, landscape and extensive external works are frequently included along with garages, pavilions, pool houses and even cottages in the grounds.
Chiverton was chosen based on their experience of this type of work and the build quality of their previous projects.
